No, don't worry. I don't include a price or invoice with the shipped product.

No, currently all prints are sold unframed.
My prints are made to standard sizes and frames are commonly available on Amazon and in stores like IKEA.
A local, or online, framing service is often preferable as they can offer you a much greater choice and enable you to match your own interior style.

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please get in touch by email to info@artbydilley.com (within 14 days of delivery) so I can advise on next steps.

Absolutely! Please get in touch via email to info@artbydilley.com with the size you're looking for and we can discuss your requirements. Pricing will vary for custom sizes.

I (Charlotte Dilley) retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the images of sold and commissioned original paintings.
I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, unless the collector/buyer has explicitely purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork. (To discuss purchasing rights, please get in touch by emailing me at
info@artbydilley.com.)
Any collector/buyer may not reproduce artwork in any way without written permission. (If you wish to reproduce an image in a magazine or other media all I require is a credit.)
When purchasing an original artwork you, the collector/buyer, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

My website automatically imposes a quantity limit to prevent issues from bogus or fraudulent ordering. If you are keen to order in large quantities, please get in touch via email to info@artbydilley.com and I'd be happy to discuss options.
