First of all, thank you so much for your purchase.

Once an order has been placed, and payment received, items are typically dispatched within 2-5 working days*. (Estimated delivery times displayed below are in addition to order processing time.)


UK Delivery


Delivery to mainland UK addresses is £5.00 and sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked24 service.


Delivery to mainland UK addresses is £3.95 and sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked24 service.

Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days* from time of dispatch.


International Delivery


International shipping to EU/EEA countries is currently available via tracked First Class postal shipping:

EU £10.95
EEA £15.50

International shipping to countries outside the UK/EU/EEA is currently available via express DHL Courier:

USA £37.50
Canada £45.00
Australia, New Zealand, ROW £65.00


International shipping to UK overseas/EU/EEA countries is currently available via Royal Mail International Tracked shipping:

UK overseas, EU, EEA £8.95

International shipping to countries outside the UK/EU/EEA is currently unavailable.

Rates vary by location and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International delivery times vary depending on country. Standard delivery estimations are listed below but please allow up to 14 working days* for international deliveries:

EU & EEA - 2-7 working days* from time of dispatch
USA & Canada - 2-5 working days* from time of dispatch
Australia & New Zealand - 5-7 working days* from time of dispatch
ROW - 2-10 working days* from time of dispatch

Kindly note, international orders may be subject to customs delays, import duties and/or taxes depending on your location. As the buyer, you are solely responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country. Orders rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded.

Please double-check your address and post/zip code when ordering to avoid delaying your order unnecessarily. I cannot be held responsible for any address errors on your part and will not refund orders that are lost, delivered to the wrong address, or returned by the carrier due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

Kindly note, when ordering Art Prints, your tracking information will arrive by email to you from 'Shippy Pro' who fulfil the orders.


What if my order doesn’t arrive?

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit I will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Lost in transit is classified as no movement on the tracking link for a certain number of days, as specified by the carrier. If you have not received your order and believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me straight away at with your name and order number and I will investigate for you. Kindly note, I may not process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim.



I may update this Shipping Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to my practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. I will post the revised policy on our website and update the “Last updated” date.
